Made of 100% microfibre on both sides, the weighted blanket is filled with polyester and glass beads to create the right amount of pressure for a soothing hugging sensation. The weighted blanket is also close-fitting and conforms to your body shape and adapts to any sleeping posture easily. Weighted blankets are between 5kg to 11kg for adults. For optimal comfort, we recommend using the weight closest to 10% of your body weight. If you’re in between weights, we recommend rounding up to the higher weight — this ensures the blanket creates a hugging feeling on your body to help you fall and stay asleep.
