Simple and easy to use.
1/ Your ear plugs will fit in your left or right ear.
2/ Holding the moon shape of the ear plug gently insert the ear tip into your ear canal.
3/ Twist the moon shape until it fits comfortably within your ear lobe with the pointy tips of the moon shape facing backwards.
4/ To remove, hold the moon shape, gently twist and pull. Then place in the carry case.

This is my second pair as I got earplugs and a mask as a gift from my son who highly recommended them. I bought the second pair for at home to combat my husbands snoring. Super comfortable and no irritation from wearing them every night, unlike disposable ear plugs. The other set are for work as I work FIFO. I wear them for day shift and night shift. The mask is very comfortable, blackout and you can open your eyes while wearing it.

I’ve been wearing disposable earplugs for several years now and whilst they served their purpose at least one would fall out during sleep! Then I saw these little beauties and absolutely love them, so comfy in your ear and they haven’t fallen out yet! The silicone is soft and they are cleanable. These are must have if you’re an earplug user
